Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
* All original tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories must be included
* Items must not show signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup stains, or alteration
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:
* Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
* Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
